Remember when you used to give ‘two rings’ to let someone know you were home safe? No? Just me? Well in our house, to save the cost of a telephone call, you’d await or deliver the ‘two rings’ to say all was well. Two rings and hang up, that was all it took to offer or receive peace of mind about the safety of a loved one. Nowadays we’d probably just send a text or make that call. Easy when it’s a friend or family member, but who is looking after colleagues and business associates, employees and small business owners?
It was a good question until Go-Safely turned up.
Devised from a very manual process of a secretary filling in a diary and scheduling a reminder to check that her ‘senior manager’ charge was where he was intended to be and then having to call him up to check when he forgot to let her know, Go-Safely is a diary and reminder platform that enables lone-workers and people on the move to enter their whereabouts and customise reminders. All the member has to do is text confirmation of arrival to the system which will issue text reminders should the member not check in on time. Meetings can easily be delayed if need be, but if the member doesn’t confirm after a third text, our Go-Safely team is on hand to reassure that there is no problem. If things still don’t look good, only at that point is the member’s employer informed and the situation escalated according to client wishes.
Simple. Easy. Effective. Check it out.
